It is full of the advantages of same products home and abroad, and characterized with large transmitter power, high reliability, strong anti-interference (sky electricity, 50 or 60 Hz industrial electricity), light and of low power cost. The WTEM-1J/GPS TEM exploration system receiver could be applied together with the large power transmitter WTEM-1D for deep exploration, also could be applied together with small power transmitter WTEM-1X for shallow exploration.

Emergency WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene) and Refugee Camp Site Assessment is critical in the first weeks of a crisis. Deploying a WTEM-3 team, an area for a potential refugee camp can be scanned in days to map shallow groundwater resources, identify optimal locations for boreholes and sanitation facilities, and flag areas of high flood risk or subsidence hazard. The system’s intuitive tablet interface with pre-loaded humanitarian assessment templates guides field workers through the process. Results are generated as simple, color-coded suitability maps (e.g., "Good Water Potential," "Unstable Ground") that can be immediately used by camp planners and water engineers to design a safer, more sustainable settlement, preventing public health crises from the outset.

In drought-prone or coastal regions, drilling unsuccessful or saline water wells wastes precious development funds.
